She emphasizes 10 questions attorneys should ask themselves before taking a Hague Convention case, including, but not limited to:
- What is the Hague Convention and how does it relate to family law?
- Is the country from which the child was wrongfully removed a signatory to the Hague Convention?
- Was the child in question wrongfully removed?
