Diversity & Inclusion: Our Core Principles
Aronberg Goldgehn values diversity among its people, professional colleagues and clients. The unique ideas, experiences and perspectives of individuals from different backgrounds strengthen and expand the firm's collective capabilities. The firm is dedicated to fostering an inclusive workplace that is welcoming and supportive of people with varying backgrounds, beliefs, opinions and affiliations. Aronberg Goldgehn is committed to recruiting, developing, retaining and promoting talented individuals and providing equal opportunity for all — including those from groups historically underrepresented in the legal profession.
Aronberg Goldgehn has achieved the Midsize Mansfield Rule for the 2024-25 cohort, marking the firm's fourth consecutive year of recognition in this national initiative dedicated to promoting diversity in firm leadership. The firm believes that collaboration among people with diverse experiences creates a dynamic environment for creative problem-solving — a principle central to its ongoing success.
