Judith S. Sherwin Selected as Chicago Bar Association's Regulatory & Compliance Practice Committee Chair

Aronberg Goldgehn is pleased to announce that Judith S. Sherwin has been appointed as the Chair of the Chicago Bar Association’s Regulatory & Compliance practice committee.

Judy earned this selection through her substantial experience in health care regulatory work, specifically in the litigation and defense of government agency action as well as the counseling of clients.

In this new role, Judy will be responsible for:

• Facilitating the education of recent regulatory trends
• Managing best practice programs for compliance counseling
• Reviewing important appointments and elections that could change regulations
• Creating a community of regulatory and compliance attorneys

Judy is a health care attorney with a wide range of experience representing hospitals, long-term care providers, nursing homes and other health care providers with respect to litigation, regulatory, compliance and transactional matters.
