Judith S. Sherwin presents on Federalism and Separation of Powers

On behalf of the National Constitutional Center, Aronberg Goldgehn attorney Judith S. Sherwin teaches high school students around the country about the constitution in virtual presentations. Her first presentation of the school year, on “Federalism and the Separation of Powers,” took place on August 19. Future topics include the Bill of Rights, Fourteenth Amendment, the Electoral College and Elections, Voting Rights and the Nineteenth Amendment.

The program invites students to actively participate, interact with legal professionals and learn about constitutional principles. These discussions are led by diverse legal professionals and constitutional studies scholars allowing a unique approach to constitutional education.

Judy is a health care attorney with a wide range of experience representing hospitals, long-term care providers, nursing homes and other health care providers with respect to litigation, regulatory, compliance and transactional matters. For several years, she taught a first amendment course as an adjunct professor at Loyola University Chicago School of Law.
