Judith’s strong litigation reputation comes from years of lead counsel experience at the state and federal levels, where she continues to represent health care providers in disputes involving Medicaid, Medicare, the Illinois State Prompt Payment Act, the False Claims Act as well as state and federal agencies.
Of note, Judy represented Durable Medical Equipment providers before the U.S. Supreme Court regarding a class-action suit on behalf of Illinois Medicaid providers challenging Medicaid reimbursement practices.
