Karen concentrates her practice on estate planning, trust and estate administration, probate litigation, special needs planning, asset protection and guardianships for minors and adults with disabilities. Her practice also involves advising clients with respect to taxation, business and asset protection and long-term care planning.

Chidi concentrates her practice in business litigation and family law, including pre- and post-decree dissolution matters, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, parentage, guardianship and adoption matters.

Alex serves in the firm’s Business Litigation practice group, representing clients in the areas of business divorce and complex ownership disputes resolution, business litigation, insurance coverage litigation and analysis as well as personal, financial and estate planning matters.
