PERSONAL
Taylor is the owner of two rescue cats, Boo and Scout, and a lifelong fan of the Chicago Cubs and Bears. What do you love most about being an attorney?
I value the opportunity to stand as a shield for justice, embodying courage, integrity, and an unwavering belief in the rule of law. A moment from “To Kill a Mockingbird” inspires me: Atticus Finch sitting outside Tom Robinson’s jail cell, knowing his presence alone might protect him. That scene captures the courage, integrity and commitment to justice that define what being an attorney means to me.
What is your favorite restaurant in Chicago?
UMMO in River North.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I enjoy reading fiction, non-fiction and newspapers, as well as watching movies as an AMC Stubs member. Traveling is another passion, with favorite places including Nantucket, Asheville, Los Angeles and New York. I love antiquing and vintage design, and take pride in my 100+ year-old apartment in Lincoln Park. Additionally, I practice hot yoga at Studio Three, CorePower and Ritual Hot Yoga.
