Sofia Quezada Hastings focuses her practice on intellectual property litigation, prosecution, and advising. She counsels clients with respect to the protection and enforcement of their trademarks and copyrights. She has a particular concentration in trademark prosecution, and is also involved in trademark, copyright and patent litigation matters. Her background in this area involves bringing anti-counterfeiting actions against mass-scale trademark and copyright infringers who import counterfeit goods into the U.S.
Sofia also has experience with foreign trademark prosecution, domain name disputes, UDRP complaints, and matters before the Trademark Trial and Appeals Board.

Sofia joined Aronberg Goldgehn as an Associate attorney in 2022. Prior to that, she worked for an intellectual property litigation boutique focusing on anti-counterfeiting and trademark and copyright infringement matters.
COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
Sofia volunteers on the associate board at City Year Chicago, a national service organization that partners with Americorps to support students and schools in high-need communities across the city.
