Rob Andalman is a business litigation attorney with more than three decades of experience supporting clientele ranging from privately held entrepreneurial organizations to Fortune 50 companies. Rob handles matter regarding appellate litigation, business divorce and complex ownership dispute resolution, business litigation, white collar criminal defense, and unclaimed property.

Rob has a wealth of experience in both prosecuting and defending commercial disputes, civil and criminal RICO cases, and defending clients against class actions. He has frequently argued appeals in the Illinois Supreme Court, the Illinois Appellate Court, and the United States Courts of Appeals for the First, Third, Fourth, Seventh, Eighth and Ninth Circuits.

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

Rob graduated from the University of Michigan in 1988 and received his law degree from the Boston University School of Law in 1992. He began his law career as a clerk for judges on the Wisconsin Court of Appeals and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Indiana. He then worked as a partner at international firm Altheimer & Gray. Subsequently, Rob became a litigation partner at Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal, now Dentons, and Loeb & Loeb, LLP, where he was co-chair of the litigation department. In 2014, Rob started his own litigation boutique, A&G Law, LLC. He joined Aronberg Goldgehn in 2025.
