Lynn Cagney represents privately held corporations, limited liability companies, and family enterprises consisting of various corporations, LLCs and trusts in a wide range of tax and general business law matters.

Lynn works with business entities to structure new business formations and provides general business representation, tax and financing advice in connection with business activities such as acquisitions and mergers.

She also has extensive experience representing business owners and their families, integrating tax and estate planning with business operations to structure and maintain family plans for income and asset distribution, economic control and asset protection.

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

Prior to joining Aronberg Goldgehn in 2022, Lynn practiced at midsized and major national law firms in the Chicagoland and DuPage County areas. She previously served on the Chicago Bar Association’s Federal Tax Committee.

Lynn earned her Master’s of Law in Taxation from DePaul University College of Law.
