Khoa Trinh is a strategic litigator who has collaborated with clients — from individuals to industry leaders — in both simple and complex business disputes.
While focused on commercial litigation, Khoa has excelled across a wide spectrum of litigation matters including toxic torts, intellectual property, trusts and estates, and discrimination, among others. He is particularly skilled in managing complex discovery processes, including e-discovery and factual development. He also has extensive experience with deposition preparation, as well as witness and expert strategy, ensuring his clients are well-positioned for success.
A believer of well-rounded lawyering, Khoa also has direct experience in contract drafting and analysis, environmental regulations and enforcement defense, higher education licensing regulations, and white-collar monitorships.
PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
After a brief career in cancer research, Khoa earned his J.D. from Indiana University McKinney School of Law. During law school, Khoa served as a professor’s assistant for several legal writing courses and was a corporate counsel intern at Cummins Inc. He also studied Chinese Law at Renmin University of China School of Law and interned with the corporate finance group at JunHe LLP, one of China’s premier law firms, gaining firsthand experience in global legal frameworks and corporate transactions.After law school, Khoa was an Associate at Barnes & Thornburg LLP, where he practiced litigation and environmental law. He joined Aronberg Goldgehn in 2025.
