Khoa Trinh is a commercial litigator who represents businesses and individuals in complex disputes involving significant financial and regulatory exposure. His practice focuses on contract and business tort litigation, regulatory enforcement defense, employment-related claims, and defense of companies facing civil litigation.

Khoa is particularly experienced in managing complex discovery, including multi-party e-discovery and structured factual analysis in document-intensive cases. He has handled matters involving toxic tort multi-district litigation, TCPA class actions, discrimination claims, and complex white collar matters, including sensitive internal investigations.

In addition to litigation, Khoa has advised clients on contract drafting, regulatory risk analysis, and compliance strategy. His experience working across litigation and regulatory frameworks allows him to approach disputes with a practical, business-oriented perspective focused on risk mitigation and long-term exposure — not just short-term wins.
