Karolina D. Jozwiak is an Associate in the firm’s Intellectual Property and Business Litigation practice groups. She handles matters including protection and enforcement of client patents, trademarks, and their copyright. She also engages in anti-counterfeiting actions against mass-scale intellectual property infringers regarding imported counterfeit goods into the United States. Karolina is admitted to practice in Illinois and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

During law school, Karolina worked as a patent agent and law clerk for Chiacchio IP, LLC where she gained experience on intellectual property litigation and prosecution matters. She also worked as a legal research analyst for Encore Fiduciary, where she monitored and analyzed litigation trends. Karolina joined Aronberg Goldgehn in 2025.
