Judith S. Sherwin presents on the First Amendment for the National Constitution Center

Judith Sherwin, an Aronberg Goldgehn attorney serving as a Constitutional Scholar under the National Constitution Center student outreach program, presented via Zoom to high school students in Cincinnati, Ohio and Chandler, Arizona on “First Amendment II: Modern Questions,” on September 17. The discussion centered on First Amendment Principles in historical and modern cases covering both general principles of First Amendment law and specific application in school situations and student expression.
Judy has participated with the National Constitution Center Constitutional Scholars program for several years lecturing frequently on diverse constitutional topics such as the Bill of Rights, Separation of Powers, Voting Rights, the 19th Amendment and the Electoral College.
Judy is an attorney with a specialty in the areas of litigation, Business Law, Government Relations, and Health Care. She has been appointed Special and Lead counsel on various legal matters and has hosted several webinars and presentations about her legal experience. Previously, Judy has taught a course in Religious Liberty as an adjunct professor at Loyola University Chicago School of Law for several years, as well as other courses in Business Ethics and Health Care matters.
