Judith S. Sherwin Moderates the Chicago Bar Association's First 2024 Regulatory and Compliance Committee Meeting

Aronberg Goldgehn attorney Judith Sherwin will kick off this year’s Chicago Bar Association's Regulatory and Compliance meeting on September 26th. She will be moderating a presentation by Samara Cotter, the Illinois Department Deputy Director of State Enforcement for the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. The lecture will focus on the Department’s enforcement process and current issues from complaint through to hearing, which will be on the professionals in all aspects of the health care industry who are subject to the IDFPR.
