
Jordan is an associate in the firm’s Business Law and Transactions practice group. After earning her law degree, she spent four years as a tax associate in the accounting industry. Her experience includes research and analysis with respect to state tax impacts of transactions, tax planning, and tax controversies.
Prior to that, Jordan served as a judicial extern in the United States Bankruptcy Court and the Circuit Court of Cook County in two different positions.
While in law school, Jordan volunteered with Illinois Legal Aid Online.
