The Chicago Bar Association Business Divorce and Complex Ownership Disputes Committee will hold its monthly, free CLE-credited webinar, sponsored by Aronberg Goldgehn, on Tuesday, May 10 at 12:15 pm CT. During the program, Aronberg Goldgehn attorneys John C. Sciaccotta and Alexandra R. The webinar, “The Art of Cross-Examination,” serves as the third session in a larger webinar series led by retired Judge Thomas R. Mulroy. John and Alex will join judges and fellow attorneys in discussing topics, including:
• Cross-examination preparation
• Ethical considerations
• Impeachment techniques
• Responding to objections
• Using a document or deposition to impeach
• Responding to the uncooperative and talkative witness
The session will also include a demonstration of a cross-examination in which John will serve as the attorney and Alex will serve as the witness.
