Aronberg Goldgehn’s Employment Law attorneys have extensive experience in defending employers in employment law litigation and claims in addition to proactively counseling on employment matters.
We provide the full range of legal counsel to employers nationwide, from evaluating and implementing decisions regarding hirings, layoffs and terminations, to representing clients before federal and state courts, the Equal Opportunity Commission, the National Labor Relations Board, the Department of Labor, other local, federal and state agencies, and in mediations and arbitrations.
Employment Counseling
Our Employment Law attorneys work closely with clients to assess their legal, regulatory, market and competitive environments, and develop effective strategies that minimize compliance risks while maximizing the contributions of employees, contractors and key executives. We assist clients by:

- Conducting on-site training on preventive steps and programs to minimize litigation risk and improve workplace relations

- Investigating discrimination and harassment claims and advising on appropriate remedial action
- Conducting internal and on-site investigations of whistleblower claims

Unfair Competition, Restrictive Covenants and Trade Secrets
Our Employment Law attorneys are experienced in drafting, interpreting and litigating restrictive covenants (“non-competes”). In addition our team assists clients and counsels them with respect to related issues, such as protection of corporate assets and intellectual property, misappropriation of trade secret information, unfair competition and computer fraud and abuse.
