Emma is an Associate in the firm’s Business Litigation and Insurance Coverage practice groups, where she represents clients, from individuals to large businesses, in breach of contract cases, fraud cases, regulatory matters, and other disputes. Her insurance experience includes the analysis and litigation of complex insurance coverage matters. 

While in law school, Emma was a member of the Civitas ChildLaw Clinc, where she served as a 711 attorney and guardian ad litem for children in child protection systems. She also served as a Senior Editor of the Consumer Law Review and Legal Writing I and II tutor. Emma has worked as a law clerk at two different Chicago-based law firms.

In the community, Emma serves on the Auxiliary Board for Big Shoulders Fund, an organization that supports schools with demonstrated needs. She serves as a volunteer teacher for its Law Program. 

Emma earned her bachelor’s degree in 2019 from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where she studied Philosophy and Business and spent a semester abroad in Florence, Italy. While an undergraduate, Emma volunteered at Crisis Nursery, a provider of emergency care for children, supporting families in crisis.

Always up for an activity with family and friends, Emma enjoys games, sports, travelling, and listening to live music. She also loves to cook, read historical novels, and root for the San Francisco Giants.
