About the Speakers
Alan S. Wernick is an experienced business transactions attorney, advocate and arbitrator/mediator handling legal matters for businesses in the areas of information technology, privacy/cybersecurity, and intellectual property (copyright, trademark, trade secrets, licensing). David A. Johnson Jr. is a corporate and privacy attorney who regularly advises businesses on privacy and data security issues, as well as data breach response.
