Dan Cotter Appointed to Esteemed Federation of Regulatory Counsel Board of Directors

Aronberg Goldgehn is proud to announce Member Dan Cotter has been unanimously nominated and appointed to serve as At Large Director for the Federation of Regulatory Counsel (FORC). His three-year term will run from 2026–2028.

FORC is a national association of highly vetted attorneys who concentrate most of their practice on insurance regulatory law, including matters involving transactions, legislation, litigation and regulation. FORC is dedicated to promoting the common interest of its members through education, events and resources.

As At Large Director, Cotter will support the governance and strategic direction of FORC while continuing to contribute to its mission of advancing excellence and collaboration in insurance regulatory counsel nationwide.
