Dino Koutsoubas is a Member of the firm’s Intellectual Property practice group. Much of his practice includes advising companies on emerging technologies, which include cryptocurrency and non-fungible tokens. His experience includes the minting of NFTs and advising on contractual rights associated with digital assets. He has nearly 20 years of experience with complex intellectual property matters with a technical foundation in chemical engineering.
Some of his matters include intellectual property, patent litigation and post grant proceedings, toxic torts and products liability, blockchain and cryptocurrency, trade secrets and restrictive covenants, and patent prosecution.

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

Prior to attending law school, Dino held a position as a research engineer at AbbVie in 2001. Upon his graduation from the University of Chicago Law School in 2007, he worked as an associate at Sidley Austin LLP. Dino obtained a position as a senior associate at Kelley Drye & Warren LLP in 2012, where he was then promoted to special counsel in 2017. Dino began employment at Aronberg Goldgehn in 2026.
