Bhavya K. Pathak is an Associate in the firm’s Commercial Litigation practice group. Her practice focuses on representing businesses and individuals in a broad range of commercial disputes including general shareholder disputes, commercial contracts, breach of fiduciary duty, tortious interference disputes, and class action disputes. Bhavya’s statistical background had lent her experience with both jury and bench trials for damage calculations and expert witness management.
While attending law school, Bhavya worked as an Employment and Corporate law clerk and as a Foreclosure and Bankruptcy law clerk at two separate firms. Upon graduation in 2024, Bhavya began her career as an associate attorney. She joined Aronberg Goldgehn in 2026.

What do you love most about being an attorney?I enjoy building meaningful relationships with clients and helping them navigate complex legal issues. Taking the time to understand who they are and what matters most to them allows me to approach each matter with empathy and a strategic perspective on various legal issues.
What is your favorite restaurant in Chicago?

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
Walking through the city, trying new restaurants, traveling (I’ve been to 5/7 continents), yoga and amateur boxing.

Before becoming an attorney, I had a brief career as a data analyst and wrote and published a book about life stories and mindfulness!
