Aronberg Goldgehn Welcomes Associate Sophia Brandenburg

Aronberg Goldgehn is pleased to announce that Sophia Brandenburg has joined the firm as an Associate in its Business Law and Transactions practice group.

Sophia supports businesses and entrepreneurs in a range of corporate and commercial matters, including business transactions, entity formation, and the preparation and negotiation of governance, operational, and commercial agreements. She also helps clients with commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing matters, and due diligence.

Sophia is licensed to practice in Illinois and North Carolina. She earned her J.D. from Suffolk University and her B.S. in Business Administration from High Point University.
