Aronberg Goldgehn Trusts and Estates Practice Group Prioritizes Connection and Collaboration at Spring Retreat

Attorneys from Aronberg Goldgehn’s Trusts and Estates practice group recently gathered for a retreat focused on collaboration, connection and shared learning. With team members from both the Chicago and Wheaton offices in attendance, the retreat served as an opportunity to deepen relationships and discuss strategies that support a unified, client-focused approach.
The day featured dedicated sessions on key aspects of practice, including probate estates, guardianships, trust litigation, estate administration, and estate planning and tax. In addition, attorneys exchanged insights on workflow efficiencies and best practices — all aimed at delivering consistent, high-quality counsel.
“Every client engagement benefits from the collective knowledge and experience within this group,” said Karen Mills, firm Member and co-chair of the Trusts and Estates practice group. “Bringing our team together in this way strengthens our ability to collaborate and deliver thoughtful, seamless service.”
The retreat also provided time for informal conversation and reflection — a welcome opportunity to connect beyond day-to-day responsibilities and reinforce the strong relationships that underpin the group’s success.
“When we have space to step back from our everyday responsibilities and share perspectives, we come away stronger — as individuals and as a team,” said Jennifer Kuzminski, firm Member and fellow practice group co-chair who helped facilitate the retreat. “That ultimately translates into better outcomes for our clients.”
