12.05.25

Aronberg Goldgehn is pleased to announce the launch of its Artificial Intelligence, Privacy and Technology practice group, expanding the firm’s capabilities at a time when artificial intelligence (AI) and emerging technologies are rapidly reshaping how organizations adopt AI, manage data and evaluate risk.

Positioned at the intersection of business, privacy and technology, the group advises clients on the complex and continually evolving legal and regulatory landscape surrounding AI and digitally driven innovation.

The team advises organizations integrating AI into their operations, developing or deploying new technologies, managing sensitive data, or responding to heightened privacy and cybersecurity requirements. Services include AI governance and policy development, regulatory compliance, data-security counseling, risk assessment and mitigation, and guidance on technology-related business matters such as licensing, contract negotiations, valuation and strategic investment planning.

The practice group is co-chaired by Members Dan Cotter and David Johnson, and includes Members Amy Gibson, Bill Niro, John C. Sciaccotta and David Staub — a multidisciplinary team offering deep knowledge and experience across corporate governance, business law and transactions, litigation, employment, intellectual property and technology-driven business strategy.
