Aronberg Goldgehn Grows with Addition of Sofia J. Quezada
Aronberg Goldgehn welcomes Sofia J. Quezada as an associate in the firm’s Intellectual Property and Business Litigation practice groups.
With a particular concentration in trademark prosecution, Sofia counsels clients on matters regarding the protection and enforcement of their trademarks and copyrights and litigates such matters when in her clients’ best interests. She has also obtained successful outcomes with respect to domain name disputes, UDRP complaints and responses to PTO office actions.
Sofia gained considerable experience in the intellectual property arena earlier in her career while working for an intellectual property litigation boutique firm where she brought anti-counterfeiting actions against mass-scale and copyright infringers who import counterfeit goods into the United States.
After earning her B.A. from The University of Texas at Dallas in 2017, Sofia received her J.D. from DePaul University College of Law in 2020. During her time in law school, she volunteered for the Illinois Innocence Project where she realized the importance of effective representation in complex matters and advocacy for those in need.
