Angelo J. D’Agostini is an Associate in the firm’s Real Estate, and Construction, Business Law and Transactions, Banking and Finance, and Private Equity, Venture Capital and Emerging Companies practice groups. He focuses much of his work on real estate and construction matters, and business entity formation, mergers, and acquisitions, and dissolution. Angelo has represented some of the largest real estate developers in the country during his work as a construction defense attorney.
Prior to attending law school, Angelo served as a visiting researcher for the Rome, Italy and Brussels, Belgium based think tank L’Istituto per la Competitività (I-Com), where he researched and offered solutions to southern Italy’s digital infrastructure and adaption. Angelo began his legal career as an associate attorney in 2023. Additionally, he is a Michigan-licensed real estate broker who specializes in the representation of residential and commercial property owners and general contractors. He joined Aronberg Goldgehn in 2026.

What do you love most about being an attorney?Helping people and businesses achieve their goals by counseling them through major transactions. I love being a trusted advisor who can protect their interests and navigate challenges to get deals done.
What is your favorite restaurant in Chicago?
Tortello.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I like staying active and exploring the city, be it visiting museums or trying new restaurants. I am also an avid sports fan and loyal follower of my Detroit sports teams.
Any other personal facts?
I run a blog on Formula 1 covering race reviews, driving techniques and strategy, technical regulations, and driver profiles. I am fluent in Italian.
