
Angela Iaria concentrates her practice on estate planning, estate and trust administration, estate and trust litigation, asset protection, and guardianships involving minors and disabled adults. Angela’s practice also includes drafting and negotiating prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.
Angela serves as a Guardian ad Litem in DuPage County, where she is frequently appointed by probate judges to investigate guardianship proceedings for disabled adults, minor children, and adoptions. Angela brings this experience to bear in representing her own clients in contested guardianship matters.
Angela is a member of the DuPage Association of Women Lawyers and served as its President in 2020-2021.
She is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, DuPage County Estate Planning Council, and the Wisconsin State Bar Association.

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Angela joined Aronberg Goldgehn’s Wheaton office in 2023. Prior to that, she was a partner in a prominent west suburban law firm with a practice footprint in DuPage, Kane, Will, Cook and surrounding counties. During her thirteen years at her prior firm, Angela gained extensive knowledge and experience in estate planning, estate and trust administration, and general civil litigation. Prior to attending law school, Angela served as a clerk for a Circuit Court Judge in Walworth County, Wisconsin.COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
Angela is an active member in the DuPage County Bar Association and currently serves on the Board of Directors and serves as a member of the Judiciary Committee. She previously served as the Chair for the Estate Planning and Probate Section.Angela is a member of the DuPage Association of Women Lawyers and served as its President in 2020-2021.
She is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, DuPage County Estate Planning Council, and the Wisconsin State Bar Association.

In her free time, Angela enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. She also enjoys outdoor activities, including running, hiking, pickle ball, and watching her kids play soccer. What is the best vacation you’ve ever been on? Traveling to Italy on my honeymoon. Taormina has the most incredible views.
