Alan S. Wernick to Discuss "Using AI Ethically & Responsibly in Your Legal Practice" for American Bar Association Webinar

Aronberg Goldgehn attorney Alan S. Wernick will examine how the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the practice of law can pose ethical risks for lawyers in an upcoming American Bar Association webinar.

The panel discussion, entitled “Using AI Ethically & Responsibly in Your Legal Practice,” will discuss the ethical pitfalls of using AI by looking at the ABA Model Rule of Professional Conduct related to competence, supervision, the unauthorized practice of law and confidentiality.

Alan will join a national panel of two other practitioners and a judge. The webinar will take place at 1:00 pm Eastern/12:00 pm Central time on June 11 and is free for ABA members and non-members. CLE credit is available in some jurisdictions. For more information and to register, click here.
