Nate Lichtenstein Successfully Argued and Obtained a Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings in a Suit Against our Client for Defamation

Nathan Lichtenstein recently obtained dismissal of an action against a professional services corporation.  A former employee of the company had asserted tort claims against the company's officer and shareholder for defamation and interference with prospective economic advantage.  The Illinois state court judge granted our motion for judgment on the pleadings, holding that the defendant was entitled to judgement as a matter of law.
