Aronberg Goldgehn Attorney Successful in Bench Trial

Aronberg Goldgehn attorney Alex Benigni obtained a successful result for a client in a breach of contract and landlord/ tenant dispute before Judge Gibson in DuPage County. Judge Gibson presided over a bench trial to determine whether Aronberg Goldgehn’s clients should be found in breach of a residential lease and in breach of an oral contract for driveway repair. Judge Gibson ruled in favor of Aronberg Goldgehn’s clients, finding that the clients did not breach the contract for driveway repair and finding that the client did not breach the residential lease.
