Amy Gibson and Chidi Ahukanna Presented Sexual Harassment Prevention Training

Aronberg Goldgehn attorneys Amy M. Gibson and Chidi Ahukanna recently presented sexual harassment prevention training to a client audience of hiring managers and employees. The training is designed to help employers comply with state and local requirements to provide employee sexual harassment prevention training.
Amy and Chidi’s presentation focused on defining types of sexual harassment with examples of prohibited activities. It also covered the duties and responsibilities of supervisors and managers to prevent, investigate and correct instances of harassing and inappropriate employee behavior.
Aronberg Goldgehn attorneys regularly work with client organizations to develop training programs to address employment issues such as sexual harassment prevention, best practices for conducting employment interviews, compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, and other topics.
Amy Gibson defends local and national employers in litigation and administrative proceedings involving claims by employees for discrimination, retaliation, violation of state and federal wage and hour laws, and worker misclassification. Amy counsels employers on a wide-range of employment matters, such as employment policies, compliance with state and federal employment laws, internal investigations, terminations, and classification of independent contractors/employees. Amy's legal practice also focuses on complex commercial litigation, including claims involving shareholder disputes, fraud, consumer fraud, breach of contract, and real estate.
Amy serves as Co-Chair of Aronberg Goldgehn's Commercial Litigation Practice Group, co-chair of the firm's DEI Committee, and a member of the firm's Executive Management Committee.
Chidinma “Chidi” Ahukanna is an associate attorney who concentrates her practice in business litigation. She also has significant family law experience. Before attending law school, Chidi earned a master's degree in Forensic Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
