Alan S. Wernick Speaks on "Legal Implications of AI"

Aronberg Goldgehn attorney Alan S. Wernick discussed the legal implications of artificial intelligence technologies during a presentation to the Decalogue Society of Lawyers on January 11, 2024.

Focusing on generative AI technologies like ChatGPT and Google Bard, Alan presented examples of the legal risks of using AI tools, including increased judicial scrutiny in court proceedings and issues to consider in technology contracts and system acquisitions. Alan also discussed technology contract issues for specific industries, including health care. The program offered continuing legal education credits for attendees.
