Judith S. Sherwin Hosts CBA Webinar Regarding the Illinois Human Rights Commission's New Regulations and Processes

Aronberg Goldgehn’s Judith S. Sherwin, Co-Chair of the Chicago Bar Association’s (CBA) Regulatory and Compliance Committee, will host a webinar event discussing the Illinois Human Rights Commission’s (IHRC) new regulations and processes on Thursday, September 28 from 12:15-1:15 pm.

Brian Weinthal, the Chief Administrative Law Judge for the IHRC, will discuss the organization’s new regulations and procedures in the event titled, “Litigating Civil Rights Cases Before the Illinois Human Rights Commission.”

As Co-Chair of the committee, Judy is responsible for the education and management of events covering regulatory trends and compliance counseling. The Regulatory & Compliance committee strives to provide education on regulatory trends across industries. The group also aims to share compliance counseling guidelines, monitor new appointments or elections of vital regulators and create a network of regulatory and compliance attorneys and personnel.

She was recently named the 2024 Chicago Lawyer of the Year in Health Care Litigation by Best Lawyers in America.
