In a Decalogue Society of Lawyers webinar, Alan S. Wernick will discuss “M&A Due Diligence – Focus on Privacy/Cybersecurity, Technology and IP Issues and Concerns” on Thursday, December 1 from 12:15 – 1:15 pm CT. General MCLE credit is available.
He will share best practices concerning due diligence regarding information technology, privacy, cybersecurity and intellectual property in M&A transactions.
