John C. Sciaccotta to Moderate CBA Webinar: How Illinois Attorneys and Judges Should Conduct and Regulate Remote Testimony

Aronberg Goldgehn attorney John C. Sciaccotta will moderate a Chicago Bar Association CLE webinar on how remote expert (and other) testimony should be regulated and conducted. The webinar will be held on November 19 at 3 pm.

John, who helped organize the program, “Live Interactive Workshop on the Use of Remote Expert Witness Testimony,” is actively involved with the CBA as the Treasurer, Co-Founder of the Mediation Program, Co-Chair of the CLE Committee as well as the Co-Founder (2018) and Chair (2019-2020) of the Business Divorce & Complex Ownership Disputes Committee. He has served many other roles in past.

The program, organized in conjunction with the Forensic Expert Witnesses Association, will be a two-part series that will consist of live demonstrations by experts and respected Cook County judges. Participants will have the chance to make assessments in real time and have the opportunity to share and receive feedback from the judges, litigators and experts to help determine the most effective best practices.
