On May 28, 2020, Jay Frank and Staci Balbirer will present at the “Challenges on Digital Justice,” event. This international event seeks to analyze the impact of the implementation of new digital technologies in the judicial system.

Jay will present “Legal Netlink Alliance: Global Organization of Independent Law Firm Serving Clients Worldwide.

Staci will present “The Implementation of Technology in Divorce and Family Law in the United States.”

The event takes place from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

About the Presenters

Jay A. Frank is a senior matrimonial attorney with more than 40 years of numerous achievements. He represents a wide variety of clients, including attorneys, television and radio personalities, corporate executives, entrepreneurs, sports figures, physicians, accountants and other professionals on a local, national and international basis. In his practice, he has successfully pursued, traced and valued valuable assets. He also has successfully litigated or negotiated premarital agreements, property distributions, support awards and custody and visitation arrangements. Jay is one of the founders of the Legal Netlink Alliance and currently serves as Chairman of the organization.

Staci Balbirer concentrates her practice in the area of divorce and family law that encompasses issues related to complex financial matters, the allocation of parental responsibilities, child support, maintenance, property division, pre-and post-nuptial agreements, orders of protection and international custody disputes. Over the course of her practice, she has realized the need for assisting families with special needs children and handles matters for families with special needs children and adults in both the domestic relations and guardianship divisions.
