Ralph Dado Leads Sessions at Largest Privately Held Frontline Safety Conference in the U.S.

Aronberg Goldgehn Member and co-chair of the White Collar Investigations, Risk & Integrity practice group Ralph Dado led both public and private sessions as an invited speaker at the 39th annual DEKRA Safety in Action Conference in Orlando. Recognized as the largest privately held frontline safety conference in the U.S., the event convenes leading safety, operational and risk professionals from across the country to address the most pressing challenges facing organizations today.
Dado’s sessions explored topics at the intersection of law, engineering and enterprise risk, including the management of high-consequence, low-likelihood risks, the interconnection between enforcement and facets of companies’ Environment, Health, Safety and Quality (EHSQ) frameworks, the significance of proactive versus reactive organizational positioning, key aspects of enterprise risk management, and the relevance of privilege and confidentiality including in the aftermath of catastrophic events, while highlighting recent case studies related to these and other topics.
In addition to his public presentations, Dado facilitated a private, invitation-only session conducted under the Chatham House Rule, fostering candid discussion among senior safety and legal leaders
