Aronberg Goldgehn Welcomes Member Michael Lee Tinaglia

Aronberg Goldgehn is pleased to welcome Michael Lee Tinaglia as a Member of the firm’s Appellate Litigation, Banking and Finance, Business Litigation and Employment Law practice groups.

In his practice, Tinaglia counsels clients on a broad range of business and commercial matters, including lender and debtor litigation, loan and financial litigation and workouts, disputes involving breach of fiduciary duty, corporation and partnership matters, director and officer liability, and liquidation and bankruptcy litigation.
He also has extensive experience handling complex matters including breach of contract, fraud, trade secret disputes and employment-related claims, and has represented clients before federal and state courts and administrative agencies across the country.

Tinaglia joins Aronberg Goldgehn after more than two decades leading his own firm, the Law Offices of Michael Lee Tinaglia, Ltd., where he focused on serving individuals, financial institutions, and small to mid-sized businesses with both transactional and litigation needs.

“Michael brings a depth of litigation experience and practical business insight that aligns well with how we serve our clients,” said firm Member Ben Haskin, co-chair of the firm’s Business Litigation practice group. “Having spent decades advising businesses, lenders and individuals, he understands how to navigate complex disputes while keeping broader business objectives — and, most importantly, the experience of our clients — in focus.”

Tinaglia earned his B.A. from Northwestern University and his J.D. from the DePaul University College of Law.
