Aronberg Goldgehn is pleased to welcome Christopher Niro back to the firm as a Member of the firm’s Intellectual Property, Business Litigation, Business Law and Transactions, and Privacy, Cybersecurity and Technology Law practice groups.

Niro brings a distinctive blend of legal experience and executive-level business perspective across mergers and acquisitions, investment banking and growth strategy, helping founders, management teams and investors navigate pivotal moments — from formation and scaling through strategic transactions and exit.

Niro advises clients on the commercial and transactional decisions that drive enterprise value, including acquisitions, financings and strategic partnerships. He also helps clients protect and leverage intellectual property as a core business asset, aligning brand and innovation strategy with broader business objectives.

Niro first joined Aronberg Goldgehn as a Member in 2019 and returns after deepening his deal and operator experience in the private sector, including serving as chief of staff and general counsel at Amplify Capital Group, a boutique investment banking and M&A advisory firm. He also founded Niro Law Group, an intellectual property and business-focused firm serving entrepreneurs and growth stage companies.

Niro is licensed in Illinois and New York. He earned his B.A. from the University of Iowa and his J.D. from the DePaul University College of Law.
