Aronberg Goldgehn is pleased to welcome Mona Betancourt as a Member.

Betancourt focuses her practice on a wide range of business transactions, including equity and asset acquisitions, dispositions, financing, venture capital, corporate restructuring and general corporate matters. She represents both domestic and international clients across industries, advising on complex transactions as well as day-to-day business operations.

With more than 15 years of legal experience, including serving as general counsel and in private practice roles, Betancourt brings a strategic, detail-oriented approach to the firm’s Business Law and Transactions and Private Equity, Venture Capital and Emerging Companies practice groups. She is particularly valued for her ability to provide thoughtful, practical counsel aligned with her clients’ long-term business goals.

Betancourt earned her B.A. from Columbia University and her J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School.
