Aronberg Goldgehn congratulates Associate Taylor May on her graduation from The Chicago Bar Association (CBA) Leadership Institute. The highly regarded program equips emerging leaders in Chicago’s legal community with the knowledge and skills to thrive in future leadership roles.
Participants engaged in hands-on leadership training, business development strategy sessions and networking opportunities. Speaker topics included authentic leadership, emotional intelligence, branding and client development.
May joined the 2025 cohort with the goal of deepening her communication skills and cultivating a thoughtful, intentional leadership style.
“I wanted to join the Leadership Institute to grow as a more intentional and effective advocate — both for my clients and within the legal community,” she said. “I was particularly drawn to the focus on authentic leadership, emotional intelligence and communication, which I believe are just as essential as legal skills in our profession.”
Admission into the Institute requires sponsorship from a senior attorney within the participant’s firm. Former CBA President and Aronberg Goldgehn Member John C. Sciaccotta served as May’s sponsor.
“The lessons and skills learned in the Leadership Institute are invaluable,” he said. “Taylor has a long and prosperous career ahead of her, and I look forward to supporting her continued growth as a leader.”
Aronberg Goldgehn was proud to host the 2025 graduation ceremony at its Chicago office.
