Aronberg Goldgehn Shares Estate Planning Resources at Local Senior Fair
06.17.25
Aronberg Goldgehn Member Angela M. Iaria and paralegal Lily Letzel represented Aronberg Goldgehn’s Trusts and Estates practice group at the DuPage County Community Services Senior Resource Fair.
Held in recognition of World Elder Abuse Awareness Day, the event brought together a wide range of community organizations and resources to support seniors in navigating the complexities of healthy aging. Iaria and Letzel engaged attendees with information on foundational estate planning topics, including revocable living trusts, wills, powers of attorney and asset protection, and connected one-on-one with families who had specific questions and concerns.
“For all adults, having a documented estate plan — and ensuring your affairs are in order — is critical, but it can be confusing to navigate on your own,” Iaria said. “It was a wonderful day fielding estate-related questions from fellow community members and helping empower families to take ownership of their assets.”
