Aronberg Goldgehn is pleased to welcome Andrew R. Schwartz as a Member.

With more than 35 years of litigation experience, Schwartz brings deep knowledge and a proven track record to the firm’s Business Litigation practice group. He focuses on complex commercial disputes, including contested lien priorities, fraudulent transfer litigation, successor liability and veil-piercing actions.

He frequently partners with leading personal injury attorneys to enforce judgments that exceed available insurance limits and is often retained as lead collections counsel in high-stakes matters.

In addition, Schwartz has extensive experience representing clients in business and real estate litigation. He is a nationally respected attorney in fraudulent transfer litigation, frequently serving as co-counsel across jurisdictions. He also shares his knowledge with peers through regular speaking engagements and published insights on litigation strategy and best practices.

“Andy’s extensive experience navigating complex litigation and enforcing high value monetary judgments brings meaningful depth to our business litigation practice,” said Ben Haskin, co-chair of the firm’s Business Litigation practice group. “His ability to strategically approach high-stakes disputes, combined with his collaborative mindset, will enhance the way we serve our clients and strengthen the sophisticated litigation work we handle every day.”

Schwartz earned his B.A. in English literature from the University of Michigan in 1985 and his J.D. from Loyola University of Chicago Law School in 1988.
