
Rachael Blackburn is an attorney with a focus on business litigation, appellate litigation, and class action defense. She counsels clients regarding breach of contract, financial fraud claims, and tort claims. She has represented commercial clients in both state and federal courts and before arbitration panels. She has also represented the federal government before administrative boards and federal courts.
Her experience includes representing Fortune 500 companies, privately-held businesses and government entities. Rachael has been admitted to the Illinois Supreme Court, the U.S District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Illinois, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
After graduating from the University of Illinois in 1999 and the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2002, Rachael worked with the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, where she practiced procurement and administrative law. She then worked as an Associate at Lovells (now Hogan Lovells LLP) before joining Johnston Greene (the prior iteration of A&G Law, LLC) in 2008, primarily working in litigation.
