Attebery, Morrison and Nelson Join Aronberg Goldgehn As Associates


Aronberg Goldgehn Davis & Garmisa is pleased to announce that Angela Morrison, Katherine Atteberyand Timothy Nelson have recently joined the firm as associates.

Katherine Attebery, a member of the Corporate and Banking departments, concentrates her practice on corporate, banking and commercial finance transactions, creditor's rights matters and commercial litigation.  Katie provides counsel to the firm's banking clients at all stages of a loan transaction, from initial documentation strategies throughout the workout and foreclosure process.  Ms. Attebery earned her B.S. in Finance from Miami University and her Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago College of Law.

Angela Morrison, a member of the Commercial Litigation department, concentrates her practice on handling creditor’s rights matters, including complex commercial mortgage foreclosures. She regularly represents financial institutions and other lenders in resolving disputes arising out of contracts, commercial mortgages, notes, guarantees and other credit instruments.  She is also experienced in litigating various other commercial litigation matters, including disputes arising out of employment relationships and real estate transactions. Ms. Morrison earned her B.A. in English with Distinction from the University of Illinois and her Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law.

Timothy Nelson, a member of the Corporate department, concentrates his practice on business planning, corporate transactions and real estate matters. Tim advises clients on the formation and organization of businesses, acquisitions and sales of businesses, succession planning, and a variety of other contracts and agreements used in and out of the ordinary course of business. Tim represents clients in real estate transactions, including the purchase and sale of commercial, multi-family and vacant property as well as commercial leasing transactions.  Tim also advises clients on a variety of lending, construction and title insurance matters. Mr. Nelson earned his B.A. in Philosophy from Indiana University and his Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law.
