John C. Sciaccotta to Share Business Valuation and Expert Witness Insights in Separate CLE Presentations

Aronberg Goldgehn’s John C. Sciaccotta will join separate CLE presentations hosted by the Forensic Expert Witness Association (FEWA) and Chicago Bar Association’s (CBA) Business Divorce and Complex Ownership Committee.
In FEWA’s Expert Witness Summit 2023 on Monday, October 9, John will join legal professionals in the 10:30 am CT presentation titled “The Roles of the Consulting Expert and the Testifying Expert.” The summit will be held virtually from 10 am – 6 pm CT. Learn more and register for the event here.
On Tuesday, October 10/10, John will join the CBA Business Divorce and Complex Ownership Committee’s panel discussion, titled “The Evolving Landscape of Business Valuation: Legal and Expert Insights,” to:
- Outline emerging valuation methodologies
- Discuss changing regulatory frameworks
- Provide guidance on recent legal precedents that have shaped the valuation landscape and the resulting implications
- Share legal considerations to incorporate in business valuations
The panel is in collaboration with the Chicago Chapter of the American Society of Appraisers’ Business Valuation Committee. The event will be held from 4-5:30 pm CT at the CBA building at 321 S. Plymouth Court, Chicago, IL 60604. Participants can also attend virtually via live webcast. Illinois MCLE credit is available for those who attend the in-person and webcast event.
