John C. Sciaccotta to Moderate CBA Seminar on Illinois Trial Courts' New Time Standards

At an upcoming Chicago Bar Association (CBA) seminar, John C. Sciaccotta will moderate a discussion regarding the new time standards for Illinois trial courts and how to effectively utilize court appointed neutrals to help facilitate resolution. This in-person seminar will be held on Thursday, June 8 from 2-5 pm at the CBA office.

John will oversee the seminar’s final session, “General Counsels Discuss the Justice System.” In which general counsel panelists will cover:

  • How clients view litigation
  • Strategies to make the litigation process more affordable
  • The use of Special Masters
  • The future of litigation

The seminar will be presented by the Chicago Bar Association, Academy of Court Appointed Neutrals, Illinois Judges Association and Illinois State Bar Association.
