Staci Balbirer Named to Illinois State Bar Association Family Law Section Council

Aronberg Goldgehn member Staci Balbirer has been named to the Illinois State Bar Association’s Family Law Section Council for 2021-2022.

The Council is the leadership committee of the Family Law Section and is responsible for, among other things, developing continuing legal education programming for the Section’s members, advocating for standards of professional and ethical commitment and expertise among family law practitioners, and reviewing and responding to proposed legislative efforts in this area of law.

Staci joins Aronberg Goldgehn members Vanessa E. Seiler and Julie A. Johnson in holding leadership roles within the Illinois State Bar Association. Vanessa serves on the Commercial Banking, Collections and Bankruptcy Section Council and Julie serves on the Board of Governors.

Staci concentrates her practice in the area of divorce and family law that encompasses issues related to complex financial matters, the allocation of parental responsibilities, child support, maintenance, property division, pre-and post-nuptial agreements, orders of protection and international custody disputes.
