Samuel R. Leist Selected to Join the Auxiliary Board of Lincoln Park Zoo

01.26.21

Aronberg Goldgehn attorney Samuel R. Leist has been invited to join the Auxiliary Board of Lincoln Park Zoo.

LPZ Auxiliary Board members are young professionals from the Chicago area who are committed to furthering the mission of the zoo.

Sam, a former youth volunteer at the Louisville Zoo and an "Arctic Ambassador" with Polar Bears International, remarked that “being a part of the Lincoln Park Zoo feels like coming home to an old friend.” He will help visualize the zoo’s future and events and strive to build awareness of the unique way in which the zoo connects the community to nature.

The Auxiliary Board of Lincoln Park Zoo works to support the zoo by raising funds to preserve the free experience for the community. With approximately 120 members, the board was established in 1984 and is one of the longest running young professional boards in Chicago.
